We have been bringing our children here for about 10 years, and I can honestly say they are the best pediatric dental office in the Tampa area. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and always amazing with my kids. I usually schedule our appointments around 8:00–8:30 a.m., and they are always so fast and efficient that I’m able to be at work by 10:00 a.m. without feeling rushed. They make every visit smooth and stress free. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My children have been going to Dr. Ruelf for roughly 10 years. The problem that l had with the office is that his wife has a nasty ugly unprofessional attitude but l over looked it because l liked Dr. Ruelf and his other staff is very nice. It appears to me that she does not want to be there and my husband has always felt that she is prejudice because she reacts differently with us than she does with others of another race. About a month ago l bought my son in for his regular Ortho visit and l had not seen her in months and mind u the whole time she was gone l had a pleasant experience. I told her l had been trying to get a hold of someone regarding my son moving to the next level of this braces and she immediately starting frowning and said that they were probable busy and went to the back to talk to Dr. Ruelf when she came back she was her normal nasty self and stated Dr. Ruelf said the braces needed to come off and if l didn’t make a appointment in a month to move to the next phase Dr. Ruelf was going to take them off that day. What made me uneasy is that he never came out to talk to me and the way she relayed the message was as if l was being chastised by him but she was giving

Really disappointed with our experience with Dr Ruelf. It was my son’s first dentist appointment and I was really looking forward to this experience with him, but Dr Ruelf’s bedside manner made the experience a bad one: I felt he was dismissive and rude. If you have a little one and are looking for a compassionate dentist who wants to spend more than 5 minutes with you & doesn’t seem annoyed by your toddler, I don’t think this is the place for you. Edit: after going to a different pediatric dentist, I wanted to update my review. We had such a better experience at Heights Pediatric Dentistry - the difference between offices was shocking. If you are a parent of a toddler looking for a dental home, check them out, I wish I had gone to them first.

This was our first time at Tooth Engineering with my four year old whose visit was only his second time at the dentist. The office is set up like a train station and they have trains to play with and running throughout the office. The staff were great when my son got his x rays to help with ease of the process. My son got upset when they started cleaning his teeth and they were so receptive to his concern and allowed him the space to process. They give away fun prizes! I was so appreciative of the care and concern they gave us!

This was my son's very 1st dentist appointment, and I wasn't too sure how it would turn out. Let me just say that the staff and Dr were AMAZING! I don't think my son could've felt more comfortable than he did, knowing that he was there for a tooth checkup! I would definitely recommend Tooth Engineering for ALL your littles! Thank you so much for making Isaiah's 1st dental experience a GREAT one!
